I was out of town for several days at the end of the week. I left a good bit of leftovers for my family to eat and had other food in the freezer.
Barbeque Chicken, Rice, and Salad – The chicken was cooked in the crock pot with barbeque sauce.
Baked Salmon, Quinoa, and Broccoli – I like to buy a large portion of salmon at BJ’s and have leftovers since I’m eating a lot of protein these days. I like salmon for any meal
Beef & Green Beans and Bread Sticks – This meal made a lot and provided us with leftovers for eating later.
Chicken Thighs, Sweet Potatoes, Salad – I’ll be sharing the sweet potato recipe tomorrow. They’re so good!
