In this week’s gluten-free meal plan, you’ll find a couple of recipes that are perfect for serving to company because everybody loves them, along with other delicious ideas for weeknight dinners, sides, breakfast, and dessert.
It is finally starting to feel like fall, and I love it! I knew I would particularly enjoy our new location when the weather cooled off, and I was right. My hands are pretty full with caring for my parents, but I make time to walk the dogs twice a day. My parents are enjoying the front porch and peaceful setting also. I hope you all have a great week.
Bacon Wrapped Chicken – My youngest son recently turned 21 (yikes!) and he asked for this for his birthday dinner. It’s also great for serving to company.
Skillet Beef & Zoodles – I love this recipe for an easy low-carb meal.
Mexican Lasagna – I can serve this to company and know it’s always going to be a hit, but it’s great for any night.
Slow Cooker Chicken Cacciatore – This flavorful dish is great served over pasta or rice.
Spanish Rice with Sausage – Sausage adds nice flare to this easy stove top recipe.
Cheeseburger Fries – My husband likes this for an easy and fun Friday night dinner.
Cranberry Squash – This side dish has great fall flavors.
Potato & Corn Chowder – This soup makes a great side dish and it’s also perfect for lunch.
Breadsticks – Having a little bread with a meal and be a special treat, and these breadsticks are no exception.
Butternut Squash Pancakes – Whether you make them for breakfast or have breakfast for dinner, these are a nice fall variation on pancakes.
Applesauce Muffins – This recipe is grain free, moist, and delicious.
Applesauce Cake – This cake is great for an everyday dessert. It can be topped with frosting or just a simple glaze.
Paleo Lemon Bars – I can never get enough of lemon bars, and I love that this version is paleo.
