This week’s gluten-free meal plan is full of delicious recipes for dinner, breakfast, and dessert. Several of the dinner recipes always are always well received and are perfect for serving to company.
Skillet Beef & Zoodles – I love this recipe for an easy low-carb meal.
Mexican Lasagna – I can serve this to company and know it’s always going to be a hit, but it’s great for any night.
Slow Cooker Chicken Cacciatore – This flavorful dish is great served over pasta or rice. But since I eat grain free, I eat it more as a soup without thickening it. This is also great for company, and I often brine the chicken first.
Spanish Rice with Sausage – Sausage adds nice flare to this easy stove top recipe.
Cheeseburger Fries – My husband likes this for an easy and fun Friday night dinner.
Cranberry Squash – This side dish has great fall flavors.
Potato & Corn Chowder – This soup makes a great side dish and it’s also perfect for lunch.
Breadsticks – Having a little bread with a meal can be a special treat, and these bread sticks are no exception.
Butternut Squash Pancakes – Whether you make them for breakfast or have breakfast for dinner, these are a nice fall variation on pancakes.
Applesauce Muffins – I make this recipe weekly because my dad loves them. I swap out a little almond flour for potato starch to make them a bit lighter and add a few mini chocolate chips. But the recipe is also great as is.
Applesauce Cake – This cake is great for an everyday dessert. But last week I made it for a son’s birthday (he loves cinnamon). I topped it with vanilla frosting, and everyone thought it was great!
Paleo Lemon Bars – I can never get enough of lemon bars, and I love that this version is paleo.
