This week’s gluten-free meal plan includes delicious glute-free recipes for dinner, breakfast, and dessert. The bacon wrapped chicken and Mexican lasagna are sure winners with my family, as well as the applesauce muffins and applesauce cake.
Skillet Beef & Zoodles – This recipe makes an easy low-carb meal. Zoodles (zucchini noodles) are a fun way to use zucchini.
Mexican Lasagna – With ground beef, refried beans, corn tortillas, and cheese, this recipe is always loved! It’s layered like a lasagna, but it’s full of Mexican flavors.
Spanish Rice with Sausage – With only six ingredients, this is an easy and flavorful stove top recipe.
Cheeseburger Fries – My husband (and my kids when they were still living at home) always enjoys this for a fun dinner. It’s easy too!
Cranberry Squash – With squash, cranberries, honey, and a couple of spices, you can put together this flavorful fall side dish.
Potato & Corn Chowder – You can serve this as a dinner side dish or make it for lunch. It’s so delicious, and it can be made with a milk substitute.
Breadsticks – Having a little bread with a meal is always a nice touch, and these bread sticks are a perfect way to add that touch.
Butternut Squash Pancakes – We like having breakfast for dinner once a week, and this is a perfect fall variation on pancakes.
Applesauce Muffins – I like adding a handful of mini chocolate chips to these grain-free, paleo muffins.
Applesauce Cake – This cake is great for an everyday dessert, but add some vanilla or cream cheese frosting, and you have a delicious birthday cake.
Paleo Lemon Bars – I can never get enough of lemon bars, and I love that this version is paleo.
