Fish Sticks are a fun way to eat fish, though I do recommend buying sustainable fish. The fish sticks are great dipped in an easy homemade tartar sauce or remoulade sauce.

Roasted Cauliflower is so simple to make, and I love the crunch and flavor of added pine nuts.
Butternut Squash Soup is one of my favorite ways to eat butternut squash. I like to put a tart apple in my soup for added flavor.
This French Bread has a nice hard crust and soft center. It would be great served with the Chicken Parmesan! If you don’t have a French bread pan, don’t worry! These French Bread Rolls are great too!
Breakfast
Applesauce Muffins are a soft and tasty and perfect as part of a quick breakfast or snack.
This Apple Coffee Cake is grain free, moist, and delicious.
Dessert
Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Bars are made with gluten-free oats. They’re a cookie in bar form. I used a homemade flour mix in this recipe, but a store-bought mix would probably work well too.
Pumpkin Poke Cake is delicious way to enjoy pumpkin, and it’s grain free.
The gluten free french bread looks absolutely wonderful! Crusty bread is the one thing my husband really misses now that he is on a gluten free diet. Your menus are so helpful in creating GF meals.
