This week’s gluten-free meal plan includes a line up of delicious recipes. The recipes are all family tested and approved (even by gluten eaters). The chicken Parmesan is great for serving to company, and the biscuit crust pizza is a fun Friday night dinner. And you’ll LOVE the French bread when it’s fresh from the oven!
Slow Cooker Beef and Mushroom Gravy – The beef turns out super tender and the gravy is delicious served over rice, pasta, or potatoes.
Pan Roasted Chicken and Veggies – This one-pan meal makes cooking dinner a cinch!
Slow Cooker Mexican Beef Short Ribs – A super easy recipe that makes use of Mexican seasonings.
Fish Sticks – This takes a little effort, but it’s worth it. Especially if you have kids who will love this finger food.
