You’ll find a line up of delicious, family-tested recipes in this week’s gluten-free meal plan, including chicken Parmesan, fish sticks, biscuit crust pizza, and more. The butternut squash soup, French bread, and apple coffee cake are some of my favorite recipes.
Slow Cooker Beef and Mushroom Gravy – This easy recipe made with stew meat and mushrooms, results in tender beef and delicious gravy. Try serving it over rice, pasta, or potatoes.
Pan Roasted Chicken and Veggies – With chicken thighs, potatoes, onion, and peppers, this one-pan meal makes cooking dinner easy and delicious!
Chicken Parmesan – I tend to make this recipe for special occasions or company, but it’s easy enough for any night. Because of the coating, the chicken always turns out moist.
Slow Cooker Mexican Beef Short Ribs – This is an easy recipe that makes use of Mexican seasonings. I like to make my own taco seasoning. Whatever you use, be sure to read the ingredients and check for gluten.
Fish Sticks – This recipe takes a little effort, but it is worth it, especially if you have kids who will love this finger food.
Biscuit Crust Pizza – This recipe works best with small pizza sizes, which makes it perfect for individual pizzas where everyone can put on the toppings they want.
Roasted Cauliflower – With cooler fall weather I use my oven more, and roasting is one of my favorite ways to cook vegetables. This recipe only requires a few ingredients, and you can omit the pine nuts if you don’t care for them or don’t have them on hand.
Butternut Squash Soup – I love putting a little potato and apple in this delicious fall soup. It’s also great with cooked, crumbled sausage stirred in.
Applesauce Muffins – These muffins are perfect for fall and make a great breakfast or snack.
Apple Coffee Cake – This paleo recipe is moist and delicious! Eat it in the morning with your coffee, as an afternoon snack, or after dinner as dessert. It’s yummy any time.
Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Bars – Peanut butter and chocolate make these bars super yummy. If you can’t use peanut butter because of allergies, try any nut or seed butter.
Pumpkin Poke Cake – This grain-free recipe is a lower carb dessert with delicious pumpkin flavor.
