This week’s gluten-free meal plan includes delicious recipes for family-friendly meals, including Italian pot roast, easy chicken divan, and cheeseburger rice. For a homemade treat, try the yummy apple crisp or moist and chewy chocolate chip cookies.
Slow Cooker Italian Pot Roast – You don’t need many ingredients to dress up a pot roast with an Italian flair. And the slow cooker is a great way to get the meat nice and tender.
Easy Beef Enchiladas – You could use leftover shredded beef (from the pot roast above) in place of the ground beef in this recipe.
Slow Cooker Chicken and Vegetables – Cooking a whole chicken is so easy, and there is plenty of chicken left over to use in a second meal.
Easy Chicken Divan – I have always loved the combination of chicken and broccoli. Add cheese, and you can’t go wrong! This recipe is easy and delicious.
Zucchini and Sausage – Sausage gives this easy stove top dish lots of flavor. It’s a great way to use zucchini and makes a delicious low carb meal. Or, try adding some cooked fresh corn to it.
Cheeseburger Rice – This is one of my husband’s favorite meals, and my kids always enjoyed it too. It’s simple, easy, and yummy!
Beet Salad – This salad with beets, carrots, and apples or pears is delicious! Even people who don’t like beets enjoy this salad!
Roasted Brussels Sprouts – This is my favorite way to eat Brussels Sprouts, and I’m so glad that it’s getting cooler so I don’t mind using the oven to roast veggies.
Paleo Biscuits – If you like bread with a meal but not all the carbs, these biscuits are a good option.
Sausage Spinach Quiche – I like to use sausage in this recipe which can be made for breakfast or dinner. You can also make it with or without a crust.
Pumpkin Breakfast Bars – This is a good breakfast bar or snack bar.
Apple Crisp – This is an oat free version of one of my favorite fall desserts.
Chocolate Chip Cookies – These cookies are grain free and turn out moist and chewy.
