You’ll find delicious family-tested recipes in this week’s gluten-free meal plan, including soup, fish sticks, calzones, and more. The apple coffee cake and pumpkin bars are two of my favorite fall treats.
Slow Cooker Chicken and Vegetables – All you need for this simple recipe is a whole chicken, chopped veggies, liquid, and seasoning (and a slow cooker). The veggies turn our flavorful from cooking in the chicken broth. If you don’t have time to cut vegetables, try using frozen cut veggies.
California Pilaf – Only a few ingredients are needed for this easy recipe, making it perfect for a busy weeknight.
Slow Cooker Beef Stew – This stew is always delicious, and the slow cooked beef turns out nice and tender.
Fish Sticks – This kid-friendly recipe is delicious!
Calzones – These calzones take a little more work than some recipes, but you will be glad you did it!
Zucchini with Walnuts – This is one of my favorite ways to use fresh zucchini.
Winter Vegetable Soup – I love creamy, blended vegetable soups, and this one is no exception. I like to add cooked sausage.
Smoked Sweet Potatoes – If you don’t have a smoker, use your oven (directions in the recipe). It’s still delicious.
Baked Oatmeal – My mom especially loves this recipe, maybe because she’s partial to apple butter.
Apple Coffee Cake – This grain-free recipe is moist and tasty and has fewer carbs than most coffee cakes.
Apple Pie Bites – These little desserts are a perfect seasonal treat!
Paleo Pumpkin Bars – Soft and moist, these bars are delicious and can be served as a dessert or snack.
