If it’s a struggle for you to come up with dinner ideas each day, this week’s gluten-free meal plan is here to help. These ideas are family tested and delicious. There are a few breakfast and dessert ideas too. Don’t miss the moist and delicious banana cake that my family always loves!
Slow Cooker Chicken and Vegetables – This is a very simple recipe, but chopping vegetables does take a little time. For something really quick and easy, try putting frozen green beans on the bottom of the crock, with or without some chopped onion.
Easy Chicken Enchiladas – You can use leftover chicken from the above recipe and gluten-free corn tortillas to make these easy enchiladas.
Slow Cooker Mexican Chili – This is a popular recipe in my family, and guests always enjoy it too. I often serve it over rice, and my husband always tops it with lots of cheese.
Italian Sausage and Quinoa – You only need four ingredients and a little seasoning to make this easy and flavorful stove top meal.
Homemade Hot Pockets – This recipe takes a little extra work, but it’s a great treat!
Roasted Sweet Potatoes – You only need a few ingredients for this wonderful fall side dish. And if you’re thinking ahead to Thanksgiving, it’s perfect for that also.
Dairy Free Bread Balls – The cheesy version of these is very popular, but doesn’t work if you’re dairy free, like I am. My family enjoys these just as much as the ones with cheese.
Zucchini Muffins – These muffins are a delicious way to use zucchini.
Onion and Red Pepper Frittata – I think egg dishes like this frittata are great for any meal!
Banana Cake – This cake is always a huge hit. It’s sweet and moist, and everyone loves it! You can top it with a glaze like I did in this photo, or use any gluten-free frosting.
Paleo Apple Bars – If you’re looking for a grain-free treat, this one is perfect. These bars are soft and lightly sweetened with honey.
