This week’s gluten-free meal plan is full of delicious and easy dinner ideas from taco meatloaf, to chicken stir fry, to spaghetti and meatballs. The bread balls are a treat, and they’re addictive!
Slow Cooker Taco Meatloaf – This is an easy and tasty twist on classic meatloaf.
Chicken & Broccoli Stir Fry – This is always a favorite with my family and friends.
Slow Cooker Pork Chops – This recipe is super easy and the pork chops turn out nice and tender.
Slow Cooker Mexican Quinoa and Beef – This is a flavorful way to incorporate quinoa.
Potato Soup with Bacon – So delicious and perfect for a chilly evening.
Spaghetti with Baked Meatballs – I mix up a double batch of meatballs and freeze the extras for an easy meal. I also like to use spaghetti squash for a lower carb meal.
Paleo Bread Balls – To lighten these up a little, try using tapioca starch for half of the cassava flour. The dough may be too wet to knead, but the rolls are a bit lighter and nice and chewy. They’re hard to stop eating!
Bacon Wrapped Potato Slices – Bacon and potatoes is a great combination. You can’t go wrong with this side dish.
Breakfast Casserole – This is a great way to use up bread heels or bread that’s past its prime.
Zucchini Quiche Muffins – This is a tasty low-carb breakfast option.
Applescotch Dessert – This is a real treat and a delicious way to use apples.
Chocolate Avocado Pudding – This is a delicious and healthy dessert that my family always enjoys.
