You’ll find a variety of recipes in this week’s gluten-free meal plan, including a couple of great pumpkin and squash recipes that would be perfect for Thanksgiving. If you’re looking for more holiday ideas, here are some of my favorite gluten-free Thanksgiving recipes.
Chicken Breasts with Garlic Sauce – I love garlic and this sauce adds great flavor to the chicken.
Beef and Vegetable Soup – This hearty soup is perfect to warm you and fill you on a cold day!
Spanish Rice with Sausage – This is a tasty and easy stove top dish that’s perfect or a busy weeknight.
Slow Cooker Citrus Cinnamon Chicken – Ketchup, orange juice, and cinnamon add flavor to this easy dish.
Baked Catfish – With a coconut flour coating, this fish stays nice and moist. If you don’t like catfish, try the recipe with another type of fish filet.
Pizza Casserole – A cross between pizza and lasagna, this recipe is always a hit!
Ratatouille – This baked ratatouille is one of my favorite vegetable dishes. It’s full of flavor, and people who aren’t fond of eggplant usually like it.
Sweet Potato Casserole from Crunchmaster – This casserole is great for Thanksgiving or any meal!
Sweet Butternut Squash Casserole – This is similar to a sweet potato casserole, but uses butternut squash. It’s really delicious and is another great one for Thanksgiving.
Butternut Squash Pancakes – Add a little cooked squash to your pancakes and you have a delicious fall themed breakfast.
Paleo Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Donuts – These are a fall treat with pumpkin and chocolate chips!
These pumpkin desserts are perfect for Thanksgiving but they’re delicious any day.
Pumpkin Pie (Dairy Free) – There’s nothing like pumpkin pie made with fresh pumpkin puree, but you can use canned pumpkin.
Pumpkin Poke Cake – This grain-free cake is a delicious treat with fewer carbs.
