I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving and had some leftovers to enjoy too. This week’s gluten-free meal plan includes a great way to use leftover turkey as well as other great dinner, breakfast, and dessert ideas.
My family is actually having Thanksgiving dinner today. Yay! So on to the menu plan…
Main Dish
Turkey Pot Pie – If you still have turkey left over, this is a delicious way to use it. The recipe also works with chicken.
Chicken Scampi – I love the onion, garlic, and pepper flavors in this dish.
Slow Cooker Pork Chops – Super easy!
Pumpkin Chili – I nice fall twist on chili
Slow Cooker Beef and Vegetables – This is one of my favorite easy meals. Throw whatever vegetables you like into the crock pot, add a chuck roast with some seasoning. Put a little water in and turn it on.
Cheeseburger Fries – Is a fun and easy meal that kids are sure to love.
Sides
Roasted Brussels Sprouts – I love roasting veggies, and these are no exception.
Butternut Squash Soup – I like adding sweet potato and apple to my squash soup – yum!
Breakfast
Sausage Gravy & Biscuits – This can be eaten for breakfast or as breakfast for dinner.
Homemade Breakfast Sausage – Thanks to my sister-in-laws suggestion, I’ve been adding a little maple syrup to this recipe, and it’s delicious!
Dessert
Pecan Praline Cake – This cake is so good and doesn’t require any frosting. The topping goes in the bottom of the pan and you flip it over after it’s bakes.
Sweet Potato Pie Bites – If you still want to enjoy some Thanksgiving flavors, these are great.
