Main Dish
Chicken Parmesan – This chicken is moist and delicious, and it’s always a big hit with family and friends.
Shepherd’s Pie – Ground beef and vegetables on the bottom and mashed potatoes on top make this a popular dish. My husband especially loves it.
Pumpkin Chili – This is a perfect twist on chili for the fall.
Slow Cooker Italian Chicken with Potatoes – Italian salad dressing and Italian seasoning give flavor to this slow cooked chicken.
Slow Cooker Turkey Breast – If you don’t need a whole turkey, or maybe you need more than one turkey, this slow cooked turkey breast is super easy.
Turkey Pot Pie – This is a delicious way to use leftover turkey.
Side Dishes
Gold Potato Casserole – This is my mom’s recipe, and it is so delicious (if you can eat dairy)!
Bread Stuffing – Here’s how you can make gluten-free stuffing yourself.
Sweet Potato Casserole – This is an old favorite with marshmallows on top.
Breakfast
Cranberry Walnut Muffins – These muffins are great to grab on a busy morning or as a snack.

Cinnamon Pecan Coffee Cake – This grain-free recipe is so moist and delicious!
Dessert
Pumpkin Roll – This is a wonderful dessert. If you can’t eat dairy, try experimenting with a substitute for the cream cheese and butter. (And let me know how it goes!)
Sweet Potato Pie Bites – This delicious grain-free recipe is similar to pumpkin pie.
I was recently diagnosed with dermatitis herpetiformis. My dermatologist told me it was related to celiac disease and I had to be gluten free to manage it. Please add me to your mailing list. Thanks so much.
