This week’s gluten-free meal plan includes two of my family’s favorite chicken dishes and bread balls that they love. With links to recipes, this will help you get dinner on the table each night along with some breakfast and dessert ideas.
Main Dish
Bacon Wrapped Chicken – Any recipe that involves wrapping always makes me think it’s time consuming. But that’s simply not true with this recipe. The wrapping part is so quick and easy, and the bacon takes the chicken to whole new level.
Ground Beef and Zoodles is a delicious low-carb stove top meal that I always enjoy eating.
Turkey Meatballs in White Sauce – This recipe is dairy-free and can be served with pasta or rice.
Slow Cooker Chicken Cacciatore – Everyone always enjoys this dish. It’s one of my daughter-in-law’s favorites. I especially like it if I brine the chicken first.
Fish Tacos – This is a great way to incorporate fish into your diet, and your kids might enjoy it more this way, if they’re not big fans of fish.
Cheeseburger Rice is a super easy and kid-friendly stove top meal that everyone likes.
Sides
Roasted Brussels Sprouts – I love eating Brussels sprouts this way.
Bread Balls – These are dairy free and a great treat to accompany a meal or even just as a snack.
Breakfast
Millet Breakfast Tacos – These are a great way to switch up your breakfast routine.
Sausage Spinach Quiche – While you can use ground beef in this recipe, I prefer the flavor of sausage. You can make this quiche with or without a crust. I usually make it without. My family loves it either way.
Dessert
Applesauce Cake – This is a pretty easy cake to make and it turns out moist.
Pudding Parfaits – Parfaits are so much fun. This recipe is grain-free and yummy!
