Bacon Wrapped Chicken – This recipe is so easy, and the bacon takes the chicken to a whole new level.
Ground Beef and Zoodles – This is a delicious low-carb stove top meal that I always enjoy eating.
Turkey Meatballs in White Sauce – This recipe is dairy-free and can be served with pasta or rice. It’s one of my husband’s favorites and my parents really like it too. Make a double batch of meatballs and freeze the extra for an easy meal the next time.
Fish Tacos – This is a great way to incorporate fish into your diet, and your kids might enjoy it more this way, if they’re not big fans of fish.
Cheeseburger Rice – This is a super easy and kid-friendly stove top meal that everyone likes. It’s also one of my husband’s favorites.
Roasted Brussels Sprouts – This is my favorite way to eat Brussels sprouts.
Bread Balls – These are dairy free and a great treat to accompany a meal or even just as a snack.
Millet Breakfast Tacos – This is a great way to switch up your breakfast routine.
Sausage Spinach Quiche – While you can use ground beef in this recipe, I prefer the flavor of sausage. You can make this quiche with or without a crust. It’s great either way.
Applesauce Cake – This is a pretty easy cake to make and it turns out nice and moist.
