In this week’s gluten-free meal plan you’ll find easy weeknight recipes and a couple of my family’s absolute favorite recipes, including baked mac and cheese and amazing carrot cake. Both are often requested for birthdays.
Baked Macaroni and Cheese is one of my family’s absolute favorite recipes. It can be served as a vegetarian main dish or as a side dish.
Beef & Pepperoni Soup is flavorful and a great way to enjoy hot soup on a chilly evening.
Slow Cooker Pork Chops – This is another super easy recipe. Enjoy it with some rice and the Brussels sprouts recipe below.
Cheeseburger Rice is easy and fun for kids (but my husband loves it too!). Serve it with a salad or cut veggies and dip.
Roasted Brussels Sprouts is a delicious way to enjoy this vegetable.
Paleo Biscuits – My guys enjoy these biscuits and don’t mind at all that they’re grain free.
Pancakes – There’s nothing like delicious homemade pancakes on a lazy Saturday morning. They’re also fun as breakfast for dinner.
Onion and Red Pepper Frittata makes a delicious healthy breakfast, and it’s great for other meals too.
Carrot Cake – This moist and flavorful cake is one of our absolute favorites. It’s a must try!
Honeyed Grapefruit with Pecans is a healthy winter treat. I don’t usually put sugar on my grapefruit, but I love it with a little honey in this recipe.
