This week’s gluten-free meal plan has delicious recipes that your family will love from turkey meatballs to pizza casserole to fish sticks and more!
Main Dish
Slow Cooker Chicken & Vegetables is a super simple meal to put together. Add whatever veggies you like and use a chicken large enough to have leftovers (but small enough to fit your crock).
White Bean Chicken Chili is a delicious way to use leftover chicken. This recipe is not too spice but you can always increase the heat if you want.
Turkey Meatballs in White Sauce – This is a dairy free recipe that’s great served over rice.
Slow Cooker Pizza Casserole – This one cooks on low for only three hours, so if that timing doesn’t work for you, you can use my original pizza casserole that is oven baked.
Fish Sticks are so good and kids often enjoy them. Use your favorite fish and try different coating. Then whip up some tartar sauce or remoulade sauce for dipping.
Cheeseburger Fries – The picture really doesn’t do these justice. My guys love these for a fun Friday night dinner.
Sides
Winter Vegetable Soup – I love pureed soups and this one is no exception. Try using different vegetables. You can also add sausage for a delicious meal.
French Bread Rolls – These rolls are put into a cold oven and they rise as the oven heats up. They’re crusty on the outside and delicious on the inside!
Breakfast
Belgian Waffles – I love these big waffles but you could make them in a smaller waffle maker also.
Paleo Pumpkin Muffins – These muffins are moist and filling.
Dessert
Peanut Butter Pretzels – These are so fun and delicious. Almond butter works well too.
Paleo Spice Cookies – I just love these soft, grain-free cookies.
