Slow Cooker Chicken & Vegetables is a super simple meal that I make often. Add whatever veggies you like and use a chicken large enough to have leftovers (but small enough to fit your crock).
White Bean Chicken Chili is a delicious way to use leftover chicken. This recipe is not very spicy but you can always increase the heat if you want.
Turkey Meatballs in White Sauce – This is a dairy free recipe that’s great served over rice. It’s one of my husband’s favorites!
Slow Cooker Pizza Casserole – This one cooks on low for only 3-4 hours (depending on how hot your slow cooker is), so if that timing doesn’t work for you, you can use my original pizza casserole that is oven baked.
Cheeseburger Fries – The picture really doesn’t do these justice. My guys love these for a fun Friday night dinner.
Winter Vegetable Soup – I love pureed soups and this one is no exception. Try using different vegetables. You can also add sausage for a delicious meal. My mom really loves this soup.
French Bread Rolls – These rolls are put into a cold oven and they rise as the oven heats up. They’re crusty on the outside and delicious on the inside!
Belgian Waffles – I love these big waffles but you could make them in a smaller waffle maker also.
Paleo Pumpkin Muffins – These muffins are moist, filling, and grain free.
Peanut Butter Pretzels – These are so fun and delicious. Almond butter works well too.
Paleo Spice Cookies – I just love these soft, grain-free cookies.
