You’ll find a good bit of variety in this week’s gluten-free meal plan with slow cooker meals, stove top pasta, chicken chili, and even gluten-free hot pockets. The almond cranberry muffins are great for breakfast or snack (they use some almond flour but are not completely grain free) and stay nice and moist.
The coconut macaroons are an easy dessert, but the paleo coffee cake is pretty easy too, and it’s a favorite of mine. Oh, and don’t miss the corn bread. If you crave something bread like, corn bread is easy because it’s yeast free and not tricky to make. It tastes great too!
