You’ll find flavorful stove top meals, breakfast and dessert ideas, and more in this week’s gluten-free meal plan. And there are a few recipes that are definitely worth turning on your oven for!
On a personal note, we bought a house earlier this week and have been busy working on it non-stop! We’re staying in the same general area but wanted a house that would accommodate my parents moving in with us.
I hope you all have a great week and enjoy Father’s Day.
Filet Mignon – It’s an expensive cut of meat making it perfect for Father’s Day or another special occasion.
Skillet Lemon and Dill Chicken – I love this flavorful dish, and during hot weather I love not turning on my oven.
Italian Sausage with Broccoli and Quinoa – This recipe is also cooked on the stove top and it’s a one-dish meal that’s perfect for a busy weeknight.
Fried Cabbage with Sausage – I’m not sure why I have two sausage meals lined up this week, but I do love the flavor it provides. And it goes great with cabbage in this recipe.
Pizza – Pizza is one food that’s worth turning on the oven for, and this homemade crust recipe is definitely worth it!
Corn Bread – This is totally worth turning on the oven for too!
No-Bake Breakfast Cookies – These breakfast cookies are great for on-the-go eating.
Paleo Nut Muffins – These muffins contain nut butter and turn out really nice.
Chocolate Chip Cookies – Homemade cookies are always a treat. Why not make some instead of buying an expensive package of premade cookies that don’t taste as good as freshly baked cookies.
Date Balls – These are a great treat that’s grain-free and paleo. And they don’t require any cooking.
