This Chicken Cacciatore is one of our favorite slow cooker chicken recipes. It can be thicken or not after cooking and is great served with rice or gluten-free pasta.
Salisbury Steak is a great way to dress up ground beef and doesn’t require turning on the oven. I use a homemade cream soup, which I make dairy free. But if you can eat dairy, there are gluten-free versions available (Progresso).
These Baked Chicken Tenders have a grain-free coating on them and only need to bake for 10 minutes.
This Mexican Beef Bowls recipe cooks beef, beans, and salsa in the slow cooker and can be served in bowls over top of rice or by itself if you are low-carb or grain free. Add your toppings of choice.
