There are plenty of delicious summertime recipes in this week’s gluten-free meal plan. You and your loved ones are sure to enjoy the bacon wrapped chicken, hamburger buns, shrimp salad, angel food cupcakes, and more!
Bacon Wrapped Chicken – My family always enjoys this recipe. I love that it’s easy and delicious, because bacon makes everything taste good! All you need is chicken, bacon, and seasoning. I usually brine the chicken first, but that’s not required.
Hamburgers with Homemade Buns – I like these buns so much better than the gluten-free buns I have bought at the grocery store. These are also great for sandwiches, and they freeze well.
Shrimp Salad – I love cold salads like this one during the summer, and I simply don’t enjoy shrimp often enough!
Slow Cooker Citrus Cinnamon Chicken – This chicken dish is flavored with ketchup, orange juice, and cinnamon. It only requires six ingredients, and is so easy to cook in a slow cooker.
Skillet Beef and Zoodles – This is an easy summertime skillet meal that is cooked on the stove.
Spaghetti with Meatballs – This recipe calls for baking the meatballs, but if it’s too hot to turn on your oven, you can cook them in a skillet. I like to make a double recipe and freeze the extras.
Broccoli Slaw – I love raw veggie salads, and this one uses pre-made broccoli slaw for an easy side dish.
Zucchini Mashed Potatoes – If you have trouble getting kids to eat their veggies, try this recipe which mixes some zucchini into mashed potatoes.
Cassava Coconut Bread Balls – These little bread balls are grain free and a real treat for me.
Millet Breakfast Tacos – Mix up your breakfast routine with these tacos, or try them for lunch.
Onion and Red Pepper Frittata – This frittata is a great way to use fresh garden peppers.
Peach Upside Down Cake – This delicious recipe is free of grains and refined sugar.
