Grilled Sausage Kabobs – Kabobs are a lot of fun, and these are so good with a honey mustard sauce which is brushed on towards the end of cooking.
Green Bean Scramble – This is a simple and easy stovetop meal that is great for using fresh green beans.
Slow Cooker Chicken and Vegetables – It’s so easy to cook a whole chicken in a slow cooker. I like to set mine outside on a covered porch during really hot days. Try to buy a chicken that’s large enough to have leftovers but small enough to fit your crock.
Easy Chicken Enchiladas – Use leftover chicken from the previous recipe for this easy Mexican dish. If you can’t find gluten-free enchilada sauce (be sure to read the label) you can always make your own.
Slow Cooker Pork Chops – I love how tender pork chops turn out in the slow cooker, and this recipe is so easy! I buy a large package and have some leftover. You could also add cut potatoes to the bottom of your crock.
Zucchini Crust Pizza – Not only is this a great way to use fresh summer zucchini, but it’s a low carb alternative to traditional gluten-free pizza.
Chopped Veggie Salad – I love using kohlrabi in this salad, but it’s great with a variety of seasonal veggies. Use what you have.
Arugula Salad – I don’t know about you, but we eat lots of salad. This one is topped with hard cooked egg and beets.
Potato Latkes – These potato pancakes are great with applesauce on top!
Beet Smoothie – I love the color and flavors in this smoothie. I definitely like beets best when they are raw. A smoothie is a perfect way to eat them.
Peach Basil Pops – I love the flavor combination in these frozen treats. They’re perfect for summer!
