This week’s gluten-free meal plan will help you get a tasty dinner on the table each night. It contains plenty of delicious recipes that your family will love, including pizza casserole, fish sticks, cheeseburger fries, waffles, and more!
Slow Cooker Chicken & Vegetables – This is a super simple meal that I have made many times. To make it even easier, replace the veggies with a bag of frozen green beans. I like to use a chicken that’s large enough to have leftovers.
White Bean Chicken Chili – This recipe is a delicious way to use leftover chicken. This recipe is not very spicy but you can always increase the heat if you want.
Turkey Meatballs in White Sauce – This is a dairy-free recipe that’s great served over rice or pasta. It’s one of my husband’s favorites!
Cheeseburger Fries – The picture really doesn’t do these justice. My guys always loved these fries for a fun Friday night dinner.
Winter Vegetable Soup – I love pureed soups and this one is no exception. Try using different vegetables. I have successfully added turnip and parsnip. You can also add sausage for a delicious meal.
French Bread Rolls – These rolls are put into a cold oven and they rise as the oven heats up. They’re crusty on the outside and delicious on the inside!
Belgian Waffles – I love these big waffles but you could make them in a smaller waffle maker also.
Paleo Pumpkin Muffins – These muffins are moist, filling, and grain free.
Peanut Butter Pretzels – These little treats are so fun and delicious. If you can’t have peanut butter, almond butter works well too.
Paleo Spice Cookies – I just love these soft, flavorful, grain-free cookies.
