Main Dish
Salmon Chowder – This is seriously my favorite soup. I recently made it for my parents and they both loved it too. I uses coconut milk, so it’s dairy free.
Ground Beef Goulash – An easy stove top weeknight meal.
Chicken in Cranberry Cream Sauce – With only a few ingredients, this dairy free recipe is easy to make. Serve it over rice.
Slow Cooker Beef Stew – My husband always enjoys this classic dish as long as I trim the meat well. 🙂
Spanish Rice with Sausage is another great stove top weeknight meal.
Pizza – This homemade thick crust is delicious. My family likes it better than other gluten-free pizzas.

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies – I love oatmeal in cookies, and these are so good!
Fruit Salad – I adore this fruit salad with apples, pears, dates, and dried cherries.
