This week’s gluten-free meal plan includes some of our favorite dinner recipes! Having a plan for meals, especially dinner, can make life so much easier. I make a plan each week and shop accordingly. It limits extra trips to the store, food waste, and wasted energy and time figuring out what to make. I hope this meal plan helps you!
Salmon Chowder – This is probably my favorite soup, and my family loves it too. We often have it for special occasions. It uses coconut milk, so it’s dairy free.
Ground Beef Goulash – This is a go-to, easy stove-top meal.
Chicken in Cranberry Cream Sauce – With only a few ingredients, this dairy free recipe is super easy to make, and my husband and parents love it! Serve it over rice or pasta (we like it over gluten-free spaghetti noodles).
Slow Cooker Beef Stew – My husband and dad always enjoy this classic dish as long as I trim the meat well. 🙂
Spanish Rice with Sausage – This is another great stove top weeknight meal.
Pizza – This homemade thick crust is delicious. It takes a little time, but it’s a real treat. My family loves it.
Mashed Cauliflower – This makes a great low-carb side dish.
Broccoli Carrot Salad – A great way to eat more veggies!
Grain-Free Sun Dried Tomato and Olive Bread – This is a tasty, low-carb bread.
Overnight Oats – Put it together the night before and in the morning it’s ready to go with no cooking!
Paleo Apple Coffee Cake – Moist and delicious, this coffee cake is great for breakfast or snacking.
Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies – I love oatmeal in cookies, and these are so good!
Fruit Salad – I adore this fruit salad with apples, pears, dates, and dried cherries.
