An early Happy Valentine’s Day to all of you, my beloved readers! If you’re planning to cook a romantic meal at home, consider the sticky sesame salmon. Or check out these easy entrees and wine pairing suggestions. The recipes are not necessarily gluten-free, but some could easily be adapted, and my salmon chowder recipe (gluten & dairy free) is included in the line up.
And since chocolates often contain gluten (remember that malt is not gluten free), I like to make homemade Valentine’s treats. If you missed it earlier in the week, check out my suggestions here. I’ve also included a couple of my favorites in the desserts section below.
This week’s gluten-free meal plan includes some delicious and easy weeknight meals. Don’t you just love putting dinner in the crock pot in the morning and having it ready in the evening? I do! I know I’ve said it before, but ratatouille is one of my favorite vegetable dishes. You might want to make it on the weekend and have leftovers to eat during the week. It only gets better after sitting overnight.
