You’ll find easy and delicious family-friendly recipes in this week’s gluten-free meal plan. And don’t miss the homemade cookie ideas for your Christmas baking!

Main Dish
Slow Cooker Chicken and Vegetables – You can make this recipe even easier by using frozen vegetables (I like to use green beans). Get a chicken large enough to have leftovers but make sure it will fit in your crock.
Chicken and Broccoli Chowder – This soup has been a favorite in our house for years. It’s a great way to use leftover chicken, and it can be made with a milk substitute. My favorite is homemade cashew milk.
Turkey Meatballs in White Sauce – This is one of my husband’s favorite recipes, and my parents really enjoy it too.
Slow Cooker Meatloaf and Potatoes – Because meatloaf takes a while to bake in the oven, I like using the slow cooker for more flexibility. And the potatoes get cooked right along with it.
Spanish Rice with Sausage – This is an easy and flavorful stove top meal.
Side Dishes
Roasted Red Potatoes – Roasted potatoes are always yummy and go with many meals.
Skillet Zoodles and Veggies – If don’t have a spiralizer or want to buy pre-made zoodles, you can use thinly sliced zucchini in this recipe.
Cranberry Salad – This is a colorful and flavorful side salad that’s always a hit. We had this for Thanksgiving, and it was perfect!
Breakfast
Potato Latkes – These potato pancakes are delicious.
Blueberry Coconut Flour Muffins – This is a grain-free and lower carb muffin recipe that’s great for breakfast or snacks.
Dessert
Cut Out Sugar Cookies – These Christmas cookies are so fun to make and decorate!
Grain-Free Thumbprint Cookies – Thumbprints are one of my favorites, and I love that these are grain-free.
Cracker Cookies – My husband loves these. I use grain free almond crackers but other small gluten-free crackers could be used.
