Slow Cooker Chicken and Vegetables – This recipe can be made even easier by using frozen vegetables, such as green beans. I like getting a chicken large enough to have leftovers, but make sure it will fit in your crock.
Turkey Meatballs in White Sauce – This is one of my husband’s favorite recipes. It’s a really nice change from traditional meatballs with pasta and tomato based sauce.
Slow Cooker Meatloaf and Potatoes – Meatloaf takes a while to bake in the oven, so I like using the slow cooker for more flexibility. And the potatoes get cooked right along with it.
Spanish Rice with Sausage – This is an easy and flavorful stove top meal which requires very few ingredients.
Roasted Red Potatoes – Roasted potatoes are always delicious, and they go with many meals.
Skillet Zoodles and Veggies – If don’t have a spiralizer or don’t want to buy pre-made zoodles, you can use thinly sliced zucchini in this recipe.
Cranberry Salad – This is a colorful and flavorful side salad that’s always a hit. With fresh apples, Asian pears, orange juice, and orange zest, it’s full of fresh fruit flavor that is not overpowered by the cranberries.
Potato Latkes – These potato pancakes are delicious and only require a few ingredients to make.
Blueberry Coconut Flour Muffins – This grain-free and lower carb muffin recipe is great for breakfast or snacks.
Cut Out Sugar Cookies – These Christmas cookies are so fun to make and decorate!
Grain-Free Thumbprint Cookies – Thumbprints are one of my favorite cookies, and I love that these are grain-free.
