I’m posting this week’s gluten-free menu plan a little early because of Christmas. This menu does not include Christmas meal ideas, but you can check out my favorite Christmas recipes here.
For those who celebrate the holiday, I hope you all have a wonderful time with your family. This will be our first Christmas with a grandbaby. Since I had three boys, it’s so much fun for me to buy girl things!
Merry Christmas to all of you!
Chicken Cacciatore – This slow cooker meal always turns out great. I like brining the chicken before cooking it, but you don’t have to.
Salisbury Steak – A great way to dress up ground beef. Don’t be intimidated by making cream of mushroom soup. It’s really easy.
Slow Cooker Beef and Green Beans – You can cut strips of beef or use stew meat for this tasty recipe.
Italian Sausage & Pasta – This is an easy, flavorful weeknight meal.
Salmon Chowder – This is probably my #1 favorite soup, and it’s dairy free. It would be great for New Year’s Eve!
Smoked Sweet Potatoes – Use a smoker or bake on a low temp in the oven.
Roasted Brussels Sprouts – Easy and tasty!
Potato Latkes – Whether you celebrate Hanukkah or not, these are great.
Cinnamon Pecan Coffee Cake – This paleo coffee cake is great for breakfast any day!
Coconut Cashew Clove Balls – These are great for a party. They’re always well liked.
Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies – You can use peanut butter or another nut butter in this super easy recipe.
