This week’s gluten-free meal plan includes easy everyday meals as well as some delicious holiday recipes. The cinnamon rolls are so yummy and have been a Christmas morning favorite in my house for years. You can find more of my favorite Christmas recipes here.

Main Dish
Slow Cooker Beef and Green Beans – The slow cooked beef in this recipe always turns out tender.
Italian Sausage and Pasta – Here is an easy and flavorful, one-dish, stove top meal.
Salisbury Steak – Mushrooms and gravy make this is a tasty way to dress up ground beef.
Baked Salmon – This salmon is very easy to make, and so delicious! It’s a family favorite. I often cook salmon on Christmas Eve.
Slow Cooker Honey Mustard Ham – If you don’t want to spend all day in the kitchen, this ham is super easy.
Ham Loaf – This is a delicious way to use leftover ham. We always enjoy it.
Side Dishes
Smoked Sweet Potatoes – These can be made in the oven or with a smoker, and they make a great side dish.
Roasted Brussels Sprouts – I think roasting is the best way to cook Brussels sprouts. These are yummy!
Homemade Cranberry Sauce – This homemade cranberry sauce makes a perfect addition to the Christmas table.
Breakfast
Cinnamon Rolls – These are so good, and definitely Christmas worthy!
Cinnamon Pecan Coffee Cake – If you want to avoid grains and/or refined sugar, this is a moist and delicious cinnamon coffee cake that can take the place of cinnamon rolls.
Dessert
Coconut Cashew Clove Balls – This recipe from my mom has been a hit with family and friends for years.
Chocolate Orange Truffles – These date balls are a healthier version of a yummy treat.
Paleo Snickerdoodles – The texture of this paleo version is more chewy than other snickerdoodles, and they have that great cinnamon flavor.
