This week’s gluten-free meal plan includes some of our favorite meals including easy and delicious bacon wrapped chicken, potato chowder, and baked salmon. The salmon would be great for a special Christmas meal. I’ve also included Christmas worthy recipes for sides, breakfast, and dessert.
Bacon Wrapped Chicken – A simple recipe that’s easy to make and your family will love.
Potato Chowder – This chowder has ground sausage in it making it filling and flavorful. It is great made dairy free.
Ground Beef Goulash – A quick and easy weeknight meal.
Slow Cooker Beans and Bacon – Great for a busy night, especially a cold one.
Cheeseburger Fries – Easy and fun
Baked Salmon – This is really easy to make, and it’s so delicious. Everyone loves it.
Cranberry Salad – Cranberries, apples, pears, and walnut are combined with a few other ingredients to make a delicious, fresh salad
Roasted Sweet Potatoes – A little coconut is added to these for extra flavor and texture
Green Beans Almandine – A simple vegetable dish that can be made with butter or a substitute
Almond Flour Cinnamon Roll Pancakes – This is lower carb than cinnamon rolls but still a special treat.
Spritz Cookies – I think spritz cookies are so much fun to make. I’ve been making these for years. They’re light and delicious.
Spice Cookies – These cookies are paleo, and I love the flavor and texture of them.
