This week’s gluten-free meal plan includes a variety of delicious recipes to help you get dinner on the table, as well as a couple of breakfast ideas. And don’t miss my family’s favorite cake!
It’s back to school time! If you have a gluten-free school-aged kid, check out these School Lunch Ideas.
Thai Peanut Wraps – Veggies, garlic chicken, and tangy-sweet peanut sauce make these Thai Peanut Wraps irresistible! They’re also dairy free and have a low-carb option.
Hummus Crusted Chicken – Plain hummus works great but you could also try a flavored one in this skillet recipe.
Slow Cooker Cube Steaks – My husband doesn’t request this like he used to, but he still likes to be reminded of when it was one of his favorite foods.
Tilapia (or other light fish) with Tomatoes – I can’t find a good source for tilapia, but this is also great with cod or other light fish.
Carrot Broccoli Bacon Salad – It’s always nice to serve vegetables in different ways, and this salad has the flavorful addition of bacon. You can’t go wrong with that!
Southwestern Pasta – This side dish is great for a cookout or could be packed in a school or work lunch.
Drop Biscuits – These biscuits are nice and soft in texture. They’re just delightful.
Cinnamon Pear Muffins – Cinnamon and pears make these muffins perfect for this time of year.
Banana Walnut Muffins – These grain-free muffins are made with coconut flour and are nice and moist.
Carrot Cake – This is one of my family’s favorite cakes. And it’s always a big hit whether people are gluten free or not. The recipe also make great cupcakes.
Apple Crisp – This apple crisp is grain free and paleo but, everyone will enjoy it.
