Thai Peanut Wraps – These delicious Thai Peanut Wraps include veggies, garlic chicken, and tangy-sweet peanut sauce. They’re dairy free and have a low-carb option.
Hummus Crusted Chicken – You can use your favorite flavor of hummus in this easy skillet recipe.
Slow Cooker Cube Steaks – My husband used to love cube steak. He has since moved on, but he still likes them occasionally. I find that slow cooking makes them tender.
Tilapia (or other light fish) with Tomatoes – This easy and tasty recipe is delicious made with tilapia, cod or other light fish.
Carrot Broccoli Bacon Salad – This salad has the flavorful addition of bacon. You can’t go wrong with that!
Southwestern Pasta – This is a delicious summer side dish. Instead of thawed frozen corn, use fresh cooked corn cut from the cob.
Drop Biscuits – These biscuits are nice and soft in texture.
Cinnamon Pear Muffins – Cinnamon and pears make these muffins perfect for this time of year.
