You’ll find some really easy and delicious dinner ideas that the whole family will enjoy in this week’s gluten-free meal plan. The homemade hamburger buns turn out nice and soft. I like them much better than store bought ones.
Slow Cooker Chicken and Vegetables – This meal is so easy to make that’s it’s a regular on my menu plan. You can swap out different veggies if you like. Serve it with potatoes, rice, and/or salad.
Chicken and Broccoli Chowder is one of my top 5 favorite soups, and it can easily be made dairy free. It’s a delicious way to use leftover chicken (and nobody feels like they’re eating leftovers).
Spanish Rice with Sausage – Sausage adds great flavor to this easy stove top meal.
Slow Cooker Sloppy Joes – Serve with gluten-free hamburger buns. The recipe I link to below is great or you can buy some.
Italian Sausage and Pasta – This is a one pot meal that’s great for a busy weeknight.
Taco Rice is a kid-friendly and easy meal. Serve with veggies and dip, salad, or smoothie.
Mashed Cauliflower – This is a great low-carb side dish. If you can eat dairy, try adding butter and/or cheese.
Hamburger Buns – These homemade buns are great for sandwiches of all kinds and they freeze well. They are nice and soft and I like making them fairly thin as opposed to some of the ones you can buy which are really thick.
Coconut Pineapple Muffins – These delicious muffins use some coconut flour, but they’re not completely grain free.
Blueberry Coconut Flour Muffins – These muffins are grain free and paleo.
Pineapple Marble Cake – This little cake is marbled and topped with pineapple jam.
Strawberry Chia Pudding – Use any kind of milk that you like in the guilt-free treat that’s sweetened with maple syrup (or try another sweetener).
