This week’s gluten-free meal plan includes several slow cooker recipes to make dinner time a breeze. The homemade pizza is totally worth making when you have a little extra time. Even gluten eaters love it! And for dessert, try the moist chocolate cake. You can’t go wrong with that!
Speaking of slow cookers. I recently bought a new one, and I’m very pleased that it doesn’t cook as hot as my previous ones. It’s a Crock Pot 7 quart Cook n’ Carry. I didn’t pay nearly as much as it’s listed for on Amazon right now. I found it at on sale at Kohl’s and had a Kohl’s coupon. When I have a smaller amount to cook, I put a ceramic bowl inside the crock, which works well.

Spicy Skillet Chicken – This is an easy stove top recipe for a busy weeknight.
Slow Cooker Chicken and Brown Rice – Brining chicken before cooking is a great way to keep it moist. But this recipe is great either way.
Ground Beef Goulash – If you can have dairy, then throw some cheese on top of this easy meal.
Mexican Beef Bowls – Cook the beef and beans in the slow cooker and then let everyone assemble their own bowls the way they like. It will be a hit!
Homemade Pizza – This is my family’s favorite recipe. It makes a nice, chewy thick crust.
Citrus Winter Salad – I know it’s spring, but this is still delicious!
Carrot and Broccoli Salad with Bacon – This is a nice fresh salad with sunflower seeds, raisins, and bacon.
Paleo Biscuits – These are a nice low-carb addition to a meal.
