This gluten-free meal plan will help you with that unending task of getting a healthy meal on the table each night. Whether you enjoy cooking or not, it can get tiresome, so it helps to have a plan. After all, deciding what to cook as well as having the ingredients for it is half the battle.
You can waste a lot of time halfheartedly thinking about what you’re going to cook for dinner. If you take the time to concentrate and make a plan, then you can forget about it and simply refer to your plan when you need it. Also, when you create a meal plan and then make your shopping list based on that plan, you can usually shop once for the week and have everything you need.
Here are some things I love about this week’s gluten-free meal plan:
- Baked macaroni and cheese is a family FAVORITE (my kids often want it for birthday dinner)
- Beef and broccoli – with fresh ginger, this is a flavorful stove top meal
- 2 slow cooker meals – I love using the slow cooker. It makes evening time much less stressful
- Biscuit crust pizza – No yeast means it’s a faster homemade version. It’s fun to make individual pizzas and let each person top their own. Kids will also enjoy helping to make these.
