This gluten-free meal plan gives you recipe ideas to help you get a delicious dinner on the table each night. The lemon dill chicken is one of my favorites – and the banana cake!
I’m still out a town a lot these days. My dad’s recovery has been up and down, so I appreciate any prayers you send our way. I hope everyone has a lovely Easter!
Main Dish
Slow Cooker Honey Mustard Ham – If you want an easy main dish for Easter, this ham fits the bill. The honey, mustard, cinnamon, and cloves gives it nice flavor, the crock pot makes it easy to cook, and using a boneless ham makes it easy to cut and serve.
Skillet Lemon and Dill Chicken – This is an easy and flavorful stove top dish that my family really likes.
Spaghetti with Baked Meatballs – I always make a double batch of meatballs and freeze the extras after baking. You can put sauce and meatballs over gluten-free pasta or spaghetti squash.
Slow Cooker Citrus Cinnamon Chicken – With only 5 ingredients, this easy easy to throw together in the slow cooker, and it’s a flavorful recipe.
Salmon Cakes – This recipe uses canned salmon for a pantry meal. We enjoy it topped with homemade remoulade sauce.
Biscuit Crust Pizza – The biscuit crust means there’s no rise time required for this pizza. You can make individual pizzas and kids will enjoy topping their own.
Sides
Quinoa Pilaf – Quinoa, onion, zucchini, and seasoning makes this a delicious and healthy side dish.
Coconut Flour Biscuits – A great low-carb, grain-free bread to accompany a meal.
Breakfast
Sausage Gravy and Biscuits – I guess I’m in a biscuit mood this week. While the picture might not look the most appealing, this is delicious!
Healthy Carrot Muffins – These grain-free, paleo muffins are great for breakfast or snacking.
Dessert
Banana Cake – This is one of our favorite cakes. It is nice an moist.
Cherry Chocolate Black Bean Brown Bites – The black beans make this a flourless recipe. If you haven’t tried black bean brownies, you’re missing out. They’re really good.
