This week’s gluten-free meal plan gives you recipe ideas to help you serve your family delicious dinners. The lemon dill chicken is one of my favorites, my mom loves the salmon cakes, and the banana cake is a family favorite because always turns out moist and delicious!
Baked Macaroni and Cheese – This is my mom’s recipe for a dish that my family absolutely loves. You can serve it as a vegetarian main dish or as a hearty side dish. It goes well with ham and would make a nice side dish for Easter.
Skillet Lemon and Dill Chicken – My family really likes this stove top recipe that’s great for a busy weeknight.
Spaghetti with Baked Meatballs – I always make a double batch of meatballs and freeze the extras after baking. You can put sauce and meatballs over gluten-free pasta or spaghetti squash.
Slow Cooker Citrus Cinnamon Chicken – With only 5 ingredients, this is easy to throw together in the slow cooker, and it’s a flavorful recipe.
Biscuit Crust Pizza – The biscuit crust means there’s no rise time required for this pizza. You can make individual pizzas and kids will enjoy topping their own.
Quinoa Pilaf – Quinoa, onion, zucchini, and seasoning makes this a delicious and healthy side dish.
Hot Cross Buns – This is traditional fare for Good Friday, but these homemade buns are great at other times as well!
Sausage Gravy and Biscuits – I guess I’m in a biscuit mood this week. While the picture might not look the most appealing, this is delicious!
Healthy Carrot Muffins – These grain-free, paleo muffins are great for breakfast or snacking.
Banana Cake – This is one of our favorite cakes that always turns out nice an moist. It’s yummy even without any frosting, but you can frost it or add a simple glaze.
Chocolate and Peanut Butter Bunnies – This classic combination of chocolate and peanut butter (or any nut butter) makes a great homemade Easter treat.
Chocolate Covered Coconut and Peanut Butter Eggs – This is another great homemade Easter treat that is so delicious!
