Happy Wednesday! Welcome to another week of sharing great gluten-free eating recipes and ideas. I love all the pumpkin recipes that are showing up and have highlighted a few below.
This carnival is co-hosted by my friends Shirley of gfe–gluten free easily (and All Gluten-Free Desserts) and Lynn of Lynn’s Kitchen Adventures. Your links will show up on all three sites! Here’s how to follow each of us:

The Carnival
We appreciate your participation and are happy to share many of the links on social media sites. However, as much as we hate to put a damper on this fun carnival, entries that do not follow the guidelines will not be shared and will be deleted from the linky.
- You must link back to one of the co-hosts in the text of your post (not on a separate page with a bunch of carnival links).
- Links should be about a gluten-free eating idea. While it doesn’t have to be a recipe, it should be food related.
- Recipes should have gluten-free ingredients or options in the recipe (not just elsewhere in the text).
- If you’re new, please read all the guidelines.
Note: Linking up indicates you are giving permission for us to share your submitted photo and your link via social media or in next week’s post if it is selected as the most popular post for the week or featured as a highlight.
Good morning Linda! Thanks for hosting! This week I’m sharing Upside Down Apple Caramel Cake.
I hope you have a great week!
Hi Linda–Happy Wednesday! Thanks so much for featuring my Easy Pumpkin Squares! They’re definitely favorites of many. 😉
I love the idea of Salmon Quiche. Mr. GFE doesn’t usually care for salmon by itself, but maybe he’d like it that way, especially with the mushrooms as he loves those. 🙂
Can’t wait to see all the goodness linked up this week! We’re off to a great start for sure.
Shirley
Hi Linda!
I am so excited to have my gluten free pie crust featured in the Most Clicked Highlights this week! I have been working away for months to hopefully get a recipe worthy of that!
I get so many amazing recipe ideas from the carnival every week. I hope you always keep it running because we all appreciate it so much 🙂
Andrea
So happy to get this!
Thanks for hosting this week I am sharing Vegan GF Cauliflower Quinoa Chickpea fritters and a vegan acorn squash quinoa salad gf.
