July starts off with a bang for me. In the first week I get to celebrate my anniversary, birthday, and Independence Day! If you need ideas for 4th of July, I put some at the bottom of this week’s menu plan.
I’m also happy to be hosting this great gluten-free carnival this week. If you’re new to the gluten-free diet or just on the lookout of new recipes to try, you’ve come to the right place.
This carnival is co-hosted by my friends Shirley of gfe–gluten free easily and Lynn of Lynn’s Kitchen Adventures. Your links will show up on all three sites!

Those gluten free graham crackers are just what I need this week.
Sorry I am late to the party this week. I am losing track of the days! I hope you are having a great summer Linda. This week is an easy week. My recipe for chocolate bark is a fun project to make with the kids. Low mess and easy to make.
