Lots of delicious desserts are made at Christmas, but this holiday is especially well known for cookies and candy, especially fudge. Since I shared some great gluten-free cookie recipes with you last week, today I’m sharing my favorite gluten-free chocolate candy recipes. Plus, I have a bonus flourless cake which is very fudgy and perfect for a holiday gathering.
Besides being tasty and chocolate, one great thing about these recipes is that they’re pretty quick and easy to make. You don’t even need to turn your oven on (except for the cake). And every one of these recipes is a winner. Some are healthier than others, so pick the one that matches the ingredients you have on hand and like to use.
The truffles are one of my favorites, so I’m starting with those, but both versions of the nut and fruit clusters have been big hits with groups I have served them to. I made the pecan version over the weekend, and my 19-year-old son commented on how good they were. They’re really easy, too!
