Spicy Hot Chocolate (Vegan, Gluten Free & Soy Free)

  • 2 cups almond milk or coconut milk beverage
  • 3 Tablespoons gluten-free unsweetened cacao
  • ¾ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ⅛ teaspoon chipotle
  • 2 Tablespoons coconut calm sugar
  • 8 drops liquid vanilla stevia (see note below)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 Tablespoon coconut milk
  1. Blend all ingredients except coconut milk until fully combined.
  2. Reheat gently in a saucepan.
  3. Stir coconut milk in just prior to serving.
If you would like to omit the stevia, increase palm sugar by a tablespoon and vanilla extract by a half teaspoon. If you would like to use unflavored stevia, also increase the vanilla extract by a half teaspoon.
