Infused Water
Recipe type: Beverage
  • water
  • container such as glass jar or pitcher
  • foods for infusing (fruit, berries, vegetables, herbs)
  1. Clean the food that you will be using. If it is a piece of fruit, slice it.
  2. Place the food items into your jar or pitcher.
  3. Fill with filtered water.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours and up to 2 days.
  5. Strain before serving.
