Sorghum and Cornmeal Porridge
Recipe type: Breakfast
  • 4½ cup water
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup corn meal
  • 1 cup sorghum flour
  1. Bring water to a boil.
  2. Add the salt.
  3. Slowly add the corn meal and sorghum flour while mixing with a whisk.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
  5. Serve with honey and a little butter if desired.
