Ham and Cheese Lunch Skewers
  • gluten-free ham cubes (I like to use turkey ham)
  • cheddar cheese cubes
  • apple chunks
  • lemon juice
  1. Toss the apple chunks in a little diluted lemon juice to keep them from browning.
  2. Assemble the ham, cheese, and apples on toothpicks or wooden/bamboo skewers. If using skewers, put food on half of the skewer, cut it with scissors, assemble the other half, then cut off the point.
