In a mixing bowl stir the melted coconut oil and cocoa powder until smooth and no lumps remain.
Add the raw honey, sea salt, vanilla extract, and stevia (if using). Use a mixer to combine all the ingredients until well incorporated. Taste and add more honey, stevia, or other sweetener if desired. You can also mix this in a food processor.
Line a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper and pour mixture into pan, spreading evenly.
Chill in the freezer for at least 1 hour. Remove from the freezer and slice into squares.
