Apples 'n Onions
- Yellow onion, sliced
- Apple, cored and sliced
- Brown Sugar (optional)
- In a large skillet, saute onion and apple slices in melted butter until tender.
- If desired, sprinkle with brown sugar, cover, and let steam for a few minutes.
- Serve immediately.
