With Valentine’s Day coming up at the end of the week, I’ve rounded up a few of my favorite gluten-free Valentine’s Day desserts. Valentine’s Day is a great day to celebrate the people we love, but it’s also a day that retailers take advantage of. We often opt for homemade cards, gifts, and meals. They can be just as good, if not better, at communicating love and making the day special.
These chocolate treats are sure to please your sweetheart and/or kids. All of them except for the cupcakes and brownies are grain free, and all of them are simply delicious.
My personal favorites? The peanut butter cups. I’ve always loved the combination of chocolate and peanut butter, and they’re not difficult to make. But the truffles also use peanut butter (or other nut butter) combined with chocolate, and the flourless chocolate cake is just decadent. So those are my top three picks for you, but they’re all yummy.
